The Western Australian Energy Research Alliance has a small Governing Board of representatives from each of the Joint Venture partners which meets every two months.  In addition to expressing the interests of and resolving differences between the Alliance Partners, it keeps the Alliance's mission in focus, assesses performance, and guides it toward its longer term strategic goals.  The Board uses the Industry Advisory Group as the principal source of advice and corresponds with the WA:ERA office, the Executive Advisory Group and the Research and Education Committee.
